Wednesday 2nd October
Good morning everyone, I hope you had a lovely evening.
I didn’t sleep well, I was up way past 2am before I had to force myself to try and sleep. I was up at 6.30am and dozed till 9am. It’s the steroids.
I’m feeling less fatigued and have more energy today.
Breakfast eaten, deciding what to do next, I’ll wait for breakfast to be digested and then decide.
I pushed myself and achieved 60 minutes on my bike trainer. It was hard work especially as I’ve been fatigued over the past few days. Stretches next then a shower. I’m feeling tired but glad I got on my bike, I think I needed it, also helps the mental side of things.
Managed to do some work on my laptop and then rested.
I’ve been feeling less fatigued, a little tired but generally not too bad. My fitness is beginning to get better so the bike ride and stretches are helping. I’ve just got to keep pushing myself. Easier said than done.
Time for bed as we have an early start.

Thursday 3rd October
Good morning everyone, I hope you had a wonderful evening.
I slept well but still feeling a little tired this morning. Energy levels are still low and eyelid infection is getting better, only a few days ago both of my eyelids were swollen and it looked like I had been in a fight, I didn’t want to meet anyone.
Stretches completed, breakfast next. Each morning the first thing I do is take a tablet but then I can’t eat for an hour, then I have breakfast followed by more tablets, and it’s usually the same in the evening.
Ran a few errands and some household chores today.
I’m feeling fatigued this evening and really exhausted, when it hits, it sure hits. Time for bed and some rest.
