Good morning all, I hope you’re well.
I had a good sleep, feeling less tired with a little more energy.
Breakfast and stretches completed, no time for a bike ride as it’s treatment day and we’re leaving at 11am.
I’m driving today which makes a change, traffic is crazy but it’s London.
We’ve arrived and will have a walk around the local park, maybe even a coffee at their cafe.
There’s a sculpture exhibition in the park, I’ve taken a few photos.

Weird and wonderful exhibits but nothing I would put in our garden.
At the hospital now, bloods given, the blood test queue system is currently down so everyone is given a numbered ticket and we wait for our number to be called, chemo is in an hour so we’re waiting in the MacMillan centre.
The delay today was 1hr 45 minutes. The injection process took all of 10 minutes and then we were on our way home. This injection stings from the moment the needle hits my skin until the needle is taken out.
Journey home took about an hour, we got back at 6.45pm, made a quick dinner and then relaxing.
Time for bed, I’m feeling exhausted, no sign of fatigue and muscle energy is average. Generally I feel good. Let’s see how I am over the next couple of days.
Good night all, sleep well.
❤️🙏🏽
