Saturday 5th October

Good morning all, I hope you slept well.

I slept well but still fatigued and exhausted this morning. Energy levels are still low.

Breakfast eaten, still in two minds about whether to stretch, I just feel like resting.

Fatigue, exhaustion, tiredness and lack of energy has all hit again today, my mind is willing but my body just isn’t up to anything, my legs have no energy, it’s just a total rest day.

Time for bed and a good sleep.

Sunday 6th October

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a wonderful evening.

I slept well, feeling less fatigued but still lacking energy and muscles feel weak. When I’m fatigued, it really messes with my mental state, I feel low and have to really be positive.

Breakfast eaten, I managed to stretch this morning, it was a struggle but I pushed through.

Haircut and shower next.

Today has also been a rest day, still fatigued and tired. All of my muscles have felt like they are on empty. This feeling should lift tomorrow.

Time for bed and a good sleep.

Monday 7th October

Good morning everyone, I hope you slept well.

I had a good restful sleep, I’m feeling less fatigued and tired.

Breakfast eaten, I pushed myself and managed 30 minutes on my bike trainer, it was a struggle and very tiring but I’m glad I did it.

Stretches and shower next.

Less fatigued today, less tired but muscles still feeling weak. I managed to do a small amount of work and resting.

The last few days have been difficult, something I haven’t experienced before. Although resting is good, I have to make sure I’m walking, even to the kitchen is fine. When I’m feeling even a little better, I need to push myself and do some exercise, I just got to make sure I don’t push myself too far.

Time for bed and recharge my body, ready for treatment day tomorrow.
