Good morning everyone, I hope you’re well.

I slept well but have woken up and feel totally fatigued, lacking energy and feeling exhausted.

Breakfast eaten, no stretches, maybe later.

Today I have an appointment with my consultant to review this months chemo treatment and discuss the next steps.

We’re at the hospital, bloods done, lunch eaten, I have a few minutes before I can check in for my appointment.

Still very fatigued, I’m feeling like a zombie today, very tired, exhausted and sleepy, a totally new feeling.

Checked in, and already called to the relevant floor where I’ve had my weight taken. Weight is increasing!!

My appointment with my consultant went very well.

MRI results show no major issues with neck, hip or spine, sternum is a little weak but because my spine is strong it’s supporting the sternum. Sadly no golf yet but I am allowed to get back on my bike and on the road.

Paraprotein levels are undetectable which means that they are now not being produced due to the fantastic reaction I’m having from the treatment I’m receiving.

My stem cell transplant is going to be happening over the Christmas week, dates to be confirmed.

Overall, he is extremely happy with my progress.

Picked up more meds and on our way home, have to endure the school and rush hour chaos.

Now home and about to eat dinner, it’s been a long and tiring day.

Time for bed, I’m still feeling fatigued and exhausted, sleep will do me some good.
