Good morning, I hope you’re all well.
I had a good sleep once I fell asleep just after midnight. I woke up at 5.30am to take tablets and fell asleep until 7am. I’m feeling less fatigued and tired but legs feel heavy.
Stretches and breakfast completed, shower soon and then have to buy a small suitcase. I need to start preparing for my stem cell transplant, I will get a date soon seeing as I’m mid way through cycle 3 of my chemo treatment.
I hope the sun comes out!!
Managed a 3 mile walk today, even managed a fast pace so my fitness is gradually improving.
Lunch was a lovely fish pie. Now some rest.
It’s been a good day, still a little fatigued but I’ve tried to push through it today.
Had a good Zoom meeting with MacMillan about coping with Myeloma and there was also a physio giving a presentation. The gist of it was to make sure you exercise, the fitter you are the better it is for you in all aspects from mental health to coping with the ongoing treatment.
Time for bed and some good sleep.

Thursday 19th September
Good morning everyone, hope you’re all well.
I slept well, woke up at 6.30am, feeling a little tired and usual chemo head.
Breakfast eaten, followed by 45 minutes on my bike trainer and now stretches before a shower then an outdoor coffee and treats with T & B.

It’s a lovely day, enjoyed coffee and treats today.

Came home, had lunch then a few chores, replacing window gaskets and packing a few gaps to stop the cold air coming in.
I’m feeling a little fatigued and tired this afternoon so it’s time for some rest.
It’s been a relaxing evening, still feeling the same, legs are feeling heavy but generally ok.
Time for bed and good sleep.
