24.0 Saturday 7th September – Monday 9th September

Saturday 7th September

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a great evening.

I slept well but have woken up feeling fatigued and my head is feeling woolly. I’ve managed my stretches and next is breakfast.

I’m taking things slowly and hoping the breakfast gives me some energy.

Fatigue and tiredness are currently winning, also a little light headed.

Lunch was a tuna and bean Niçoise salad, always healthy.

Muscles have no energy so hoping the lunch will kick in soon and may attempt a short walk.

Managed a short walk, just under a mile, fatigue is still present, muscles feel like I’ve had a long workout.

Dinner was followed by more resting, not much energy for much else today.

Time for bed and hopefully a good sleep.

Sunday 8th September

Good morning everyone, I hope you slept well.

I had a good sleep but fatigue is still with me this morning. Stretches completed, breakfast next, followed by a haircut and shower. I’ll see how I feel after that and then decide what plans to make.

Today has been a total fatigue wipe out, I just have no energy, all of my muscles feel like I’ve done an ultra marathon. Walking to the kitchen is slow today, the first few steps are ok but then my legs start to feel very heavy.

Today has been a bad day, this basically means it’s a rest day where the mind wants to do things but the body says no. Each day is totally different, this time last week I had energy, I was even on my bike. I can’t make any plans, I won’t know how I feel until I wake up.

Time for bed, let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Monday 9th September

Good morning everyone, I hope you’re well.

I had a good nights sleep, I’m feeling a little fatigued and light headed. I’ve completed my stretches and about to eat my breakfast.

I had to work straight after breakfast, came home to collect some things and then we walked to the post office, in total it was a 2.5 mile walk which was a real struggle but I pushed through the fatigue.

Lunch soon and then rest.

It’s been a weird day, less fatigue but just lacking energy, a new experience, I really thought I’d have more energy today. No two days are the same anymore, just have to be ready for anything and everything on a daily basis.

Time for bed, a good sleep and ready for tomorrow.
