22.0 Wednesday 4th September- Thursday 5th September

Wednesday 4th September

Good morning, hope you’re all well.

I didn’t get to sleep until after 1am thanks to the steroids, but I did sleep well. This morning I’m feeling better but head is still woolly.

Stretches and breakfast completed, I’m now going to rest and then decide whether I’m ok for a session on my bike trainer.

So, I did a session on my bike trainer…

40 minutes

I still can’t get my head around being fatigued yesterday evening to being able to ride for 40 minutes this morning. It’s crazy. I suppose the steroids are also playing a part. I feel good.

Showered and a nice healthy lunch with a semi healthy dessert of black grapes, banana, kefir yoghurt with shavings of 100% chocolate.

I’m feeling good, a little tired and less woolly in my head.

Dinner eaten, now some rest.

Feeling good, still a little tired and head is the same, but generally I’m ok today.

Time for bed for an early start tomorrow.

Thursday 5th September

Good morning all, I hope you had a pleasant evening.

I slept wellish, the steroids tried to keep me awake. Early start today so I’ve been up since 5.30am, I’m feeling a little tired, head not as woolly but generally I feel ok.

No stretches this morning, just breakfast, a quick shower and straight out of the door to do some work.

Work completed, some chores carried out and now home, just had lunch, now feeling tired, could be due to lack of sleep, let’s see how this afternoon goes.

Finished dinner and we went for a walk around the block, only a mile but I’m glad I pushed myself, feeling a little fatigued this evening.

Time for bed, I’m still a little fatigued but not as bad as I have been before. Let’s see how I am tomorrow.
