20.0 Wednesday 28th August – Monday 2nd September

Wednesday 28th August

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a wonderful evening.

I slept well, feeling less tired, no headache but a little lightheaded and a little more energy.

Stretches completed, breakfast next and then onto the bike, let’s see how long I last, then more stretches and a shower.

Well that was a good bike ride, my aim was 5 minutes…but…

Indoor ride

A few stretches then a shower.

A nice healthy lunch of vegetable rice with tuna and a papaya for dessert, all very healthy.

I feel good, still a little tired and lightheaded.

It’s been a relaxing afternoon, just finished dinner and time to watch some tv.

Feeling the same as before, legs are a bit achy but that’s down to the cycling, but all good.

It’s bedtime, it’s been a good day, let’s see how tomorrow is.

Thursday 29th August

Good morning everyone, I hope you slept well.

I couldn’t get to sleep until past midnight but then slept well.

A little tired today and lightheaded but generally ok.

Stretches and breakfast completed, a quick rest before a shower and then decide what to do.

We’re at a local park, meeting a friend for a coffee, it’s a nice day, I’m feeling tired today, probably due to lack of sleep.

We’re home and having a nice healthy lunch of roasted veg and salmon fillet.

I’m feeling tired now, not much energy but I’m trying to push through.

Small dinner and more rest, fatigue is pushing in, I had a snooze but still lacking energy.

I’ve had no energy all evening, feeling fatigued and mentally tired.

Time for bed, I hope a good nights sleep helps.

Friday 30th August

Good morning everyone, I hope you’re well.

I slept well but still fatigued and lack energy.

No stretches this morning, maybe later, just breakfast and a bit of rest before I shower.

Had coffee with T and treats for B, good to catch up. Nearly cancelled as I’m feeling so fatigued, all energy has been drained out of me.

Lunch soon and then rest.

Dinner also eaten and more rest.

It’s been a resting evening, fatigue has been with me all day, it’s been a struggle, no energy to do anything, the mind says yes but body says dream on…but I’ve pushed through.

Time for bed and ready for the challenge tomorrow.

Saturday 31st August

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a great evening.

I slept well but fatigue has remained, I pushed through and managed to stretch which wasn’t easy.

Feeling fatigued and head is woolly, just haven’t got any energy.

Breakfast eaten, now some rest.

A quick shower and to be honest, the fatigue is slightly better than yesterday so that’s a good sign.

Another healthy lunch, a walk around the garden, have to check up on the grass patches, they need flattening with the roller, a job for tomorrow if I’m feeling ok. More rest this afternoon.

Dinner has quick. This evening has been better, a little more energy but still a woolly head with a slight headache.

Bedtime, I hope a good sleep helps.

Sunday 1st September

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a lovely evening.

I slept well, feeling less tired this morning but still have a woolly head.

Stretches completed and breakfast eaten, now a little bit of rest and then see how much energy I have.

I had energy so I got on my bike trainer…

Only 30 minutes

Now that was a hard 30 minutes but well worth it. Haircut and shower before lunch.

Feeling a little tired but generally much better than yesterday. Head still woolly. It’s crazy, just a couple of days ago I could just about walk to the kitchen and today I’m on my bike…each day sure is different.

Healthy dinner and a relaxing evening. I’ve been feeling better this evening, more energy but head still the same. It’s been a good day with a repeat tomorrow please.

Time for bed, early night tonight.

Monday 2nd September

Good morning all, I hope you slept well.

I had a good sleep, a little tired this morning and head still woolly.

Stretches and breakfast completed, and then I pushed through the tiredness and lack of energy to get back on my bike trainer.

Another 30 minutes

I feel good for pushing through so let’s see how I feel for the rest of the day.

Shower and rest is next.

We have rain, no sun today then.

Lunch was risotto with salmon fillet, very healthy.

I’m feeling a little tired but head still woolly. More rest is planned for this afternoon.

Quick dinner and more rest.

It’s been a good day, less tired but woolly head, more energy than a few days ago. Treatment day tomorrow so early night.
